That's awesome work Jim. Man, just killing it lately.

Donkey squats make me laugh everytime. I gotta get the courage to try those one of these days.

Thanks Mike!! The tricky part is loading the bar, as you needd the counter weight on the higher end, and then loading the lower end while the plates want to slide off. You also need a very strong and tight collar at the lower end. You will like the collapse feeling at the end when you try them haha

Volume? Nah, it's just an illusion. Haha, I'm liking this training as I have never done it before. I also like doing a triple play styyle here with some Oly lifting, power lifting, and bodybuilding work.

Thanks Tann! I think it's the deepest I have ever done a 3PPS squat. I have been working hard on getting a bit of a bounce out of the hole as well. Ever since being called on depth in Vegas last year I seem to want to bury everything.

Military Press Day

This is now my 3rd lifting day in a row. Just a scheduling thing in a busy summer that happens when I don't want to miss any sessions. All went well as goals were met. I really enjoyed the Incline BB Press as I haven't done those in ages.

Time now to rest until Thursday as far as lifting is concerned. The days off should leave me in good shape to pull off some heavy deads!

I also took a couple of shots of my legs as they have never looked this big, at least to me anyway. As long as I have tree trunks, I am one happy camper!
