BENCH PRESS DAY

Went great today - got my 15 & 8 reps respectively on the money sets. last week I fell short due to extra gravitational pull due to excessive Sunspot activity. I will not be denied 2 weeks in a row tho!

Had to lift at home as I had my sisters wedding to attend to in the afternoon. I will also miss Crew training on Sunday as we will be Stampeding, so a really busy weekend. Lots of relatives from California & Salt lake City in town as well. Man, I love them to death - they are so much fun to be around.

I will have the Crew show me how to wrap my knees next weekend. My Rehband Knee Sleeves will be arriving this week, along with another order from Vitacost.

Thanks OR!! I'm really lovin the program. It's just right for me right now. I also left some in the tank, which is a good thing. No need to kill myself every session.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me.
