Thanks Swede! It sure has been a long journey so far, full of ups and downs, but I wouldn't trade what I have learned along the way for anything. Your words mean alot to me by friend.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

MILITARY PRESS DAY

Kinda found myself swimming in weak water during the pressing. Had to make adjustments on the fly in order to get my 15 repper, as the 145 felt impossibly heavy when it shouldn't have. I then felt like going to bed, but forged ahead and got what I needed to get done done.

OR should maybe call this workout the Ego Check haha - just when I was lifting with a confident swagger along comes an eye opener like this lol. However, I am glad I am doing this as I have never done high rep stuff for upper body before. Stepping way out of my box on this one.
