Combining this with the Arkworld Supplements from LtL that also help control arthritis and inflammation appears to be my ticket to another meet next year. the both of you hold a really special place in my heart. How can I ever thank you. The only way I can think of is to make your efforts show thru in my life and lifting. God bless you both.
That's great that you can lift wt. in 5+ rep range ... Now as Sir Alan has told ... start building a base for 500+ * 5 pull, 400+ *5 squat and 300+5 bench ... keep up the great work super Jim ...

So you get to work in around 5's, which is still an awesome number to work with. Just to get you thinking, what does "5s" mean? Can you do a balls out 5? Is 5 about 70% of your 1RM? Is it 80%? 85-90 even? If you can stick to only a certain level of exertion, and not an actual rep range, things like high volume training and multiple sets would work PERFECTLY for you!

Secondly, you can now be that guy who goes to meets, sets PBs, but makes them look fucking easy! The guy that everyone loves, but hates because he makes it look like he isn't even trying while he smashes everyone's totals!
