Ark 1 may even help me get off my blood pressure meds in a few weeks. According to the website, it also lowers blood pressure.

I am pretty much ready to re-order already Al! Looks like this product is a huge winner. It's always a relief when your taking supps that actually do work and benefit you. I feel the same about the collagen and silver biotics.

I wanted to squat, but absolutely didn't want to do any kind of reppage over a triple, and it soon became apparent that my quads did not want to co-operate on anything heavy. I guess it's all part & parcel of adjusting to mornings. I did manage to snag a heavy single at 355. Depth was there but not spectacular and I leaned a bit as I entered the hole. My quads were just not feeling right today. Thus I called it a day after the back squats.

The 355 single is the heaviest squat I have done in months since all hell broke loose in my body soon after the Vegas Meet last November.

So, I was feeling pretty achy and sore after the session, that is until I downed some Ark 3 capsules. They arrived from England (LtL's new sponsors at LifestyleFocus.net). I swear under a stack of Bibles that the soreness and achyness disappeared within 15 minutes of taking it. I felt so damn good I almost went back down for another hour of squats. That stuff is the OMB!!! I also got a container of Ark 1 which also seems to be an awesome product.

You basically set a PR on a less than best day in my book. Interesting about that Ark 3, there are not a lot of people that I would just believe that from, but to hear it from you is assurance. Gonna have to check out their products. Keep on smashing buddy!

Ya, a post trauma PR I needed to get under something heavy to get a feel for it. Back to some more progression on rep work now. 315 X8 is the current goal, all buried.

After all my training, I am usually too beat up to do anything. On weeknights, I couldn't sleep because of it. Now, that doesn't happen. I feel alive and I can now do things after my lifting. It's making a huge difference to my recovery! I highly recommend anyone here try it.

CREW BENCH SESSION

This morning, just before the training, I felt the best I have ever in my life. I do not recall ever feeling better. I am also much more flexible. I feel like Gumby. Absolutely zero tightness. I tell you, those Ark 1 and Ark 3 supps are golden. I am simply going to ask Al if I can just be on permanent automatic reorder. It has completely annihilated all my leftover inflammation right off the bat. The relief is also not just for a few hours either. Its all day and night.

FYI - I have been doing my cardio this week like a good boy. I have been doing 2 hours total, with 1 hour being intervals on the Elliptical (2 30 minute sessions and 1 hour long Steady State session). I have also been doing core work with a mix of weighted GHR situps, hanging leg raises, standing cable crunches, and laying leg raises along with weighted hyperextensions. So a good mix of stuff I enjoy doing. Quite surprised at how well I can do the hanging leg raises. I used to struggle with just 1, now I can do 8. I also will be doing some scattered pull ups on cardio days. (Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings)
