Really strong squatting Jim. Maybe you could rep them and we could get a discount? I am in!

Goals were to bury the lighter stuff, hit legal depth on the heavy stuff, and escape with no misses nor injuries, all the while keeping decent form. 20 repper at the end was just awesome - I haven't done that in at least a couple of years. Back to lighter weight and I am hoping this session will make 275 X8-10 buried reps feel light-ish.

Thanks Fen! Now, to get the rest of the bawd to equally stand out. Working hard on it and stepping out of my comfort zone. This year is going to be epic.

Thanks Alan! Indeed, music to my ears and I am of course grateful to be able to do it. Marching onward to triple 405!

Haha - thanks Ravi! Good to feel like I did in the good old days! 20 repper wasn't quite as bad as I thought it was, as the 1st rep felt heavy lol.

Thanks Lisa!! I would indeed be a rep for them! I swear by it and I'm pretty sure it is a big part of all of this. That stuff is a godsend to us older lifters and makes me feel like a much younger lifter.

Thanks Jay!! It felt damn good buddy. Really happy I was able to refrain from doing a single like I would have in the past.

Thanks Palmer! Using my brain and listening to my body for once is helping. New supps and diet changes complete the puzzle.

Thanks OR. I have faith in the process this time, and know if I put in the work with reps, all will work out just fine. So far, the theory is right!

Thanks Dave! As long as my wrists can handle, I am good to go. From this point on, I'll progress by 5 lbs per sesh to give my wrists time to adjust. I do need to point my elbows towards each other next time, as that relieves some of the pressure off the wrists. Clean grip is the only way to go for me. I can tell you tho, as the sets wore on, I really had to dig deep, especially the last set, which is the last vid.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
