You are a total beast, Jim. In every sense of the word. Your recovery with your eye is AMAZING. That double with double your BW is awesome, too! You're a constant reminder that "strength" isn't limited to in the gym.

Thanks Hit! It means alot to me. Lisa gave me the tools and knowledge, and I implemented them with alot of faith and low and behold it worked. No way its a coincidence. Who would of thunk that the custom supps and diet changes would have worked. Diet is a toughie at paleo and nightshade plant free, but worth the effort.

Thanks Mike! I am being very patient to get PR's, unlike the past. Definitely stepping out of my comfort zone and its working.

Collagen helps repair tissue due to damage. Lifting creates damage. Older guys like us produce less and less of it naturally as we age. It will also help you look younger. It helps the eyes as well, a crucial element for me. PM lisa if you want more details, as she hooked me up with it. IMO, it is the single most important supp I take. I swear it is helping me recover faster as it repairs tissue quicker than without it. I feel I can now keep the pace of a much younger lifter.

BENCH SESSION

I progressed on pull ups again - got 6 reps which equals a PR. Wow. Did not meet reps on last set of bench, so will keep weight the same next week. progressed on DB Rows by 1 rep. I cannot go past 90 lbs at home as that is the max for the Bowflex DB's. Progressed on everything else as well, so I am one happy clam!

Push Pull style session with BB/DB variation of each lift. 3 Sets of BB and 2 sets of DB. last week was 2 sets of BB and 3 sets of DB.
