Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Jay!! Haha - deads is a bit of an exception, however, I am still doing rep work on deads! I am only taking what my body is willing to give me, hence the no miss policy. I have also now been lifting again for a month.

Vision is the best now than it has been since the diagnosis 17 months ago.

Putting everything I have learned and I have into this one Ben as I have literally been given another chance, all the while listening to my body and using my head as well.

The Collagen I am on is really making recovery 2X as fast as before. I kid you not. Collagen for an aging lifter turns me into a younger one.

Thanks Dave! Indeed, missing because I was thinking about what weight to use really messed me up in the past and happened too often. Deads is a bit tricky since it is so close to a single rep.
