JIMGYM HEAVY BENCH DAY

Will be able to start back training with the Crew Sunday. Had a pretty good bench day. I am losing a bit too much tightness for my liking due to no liftoff, so I am hoping good numbers in the JimGym will translate into better ones with the Crew. I should be able to bench with them next weekend.

Yates Rows felt pretty good, although I thought I should maybe be a bit tighter and a bit more bent over? Not sure really, but I sure felt them in my upper back. I have only done them once before last year.

Really pleased with adding another pull up rep. I believe my all time PR is 6, done when I was way lighter at maybe 190 lbs a couple years ago. I gained a lb this week actually, up to 212 - I would like to think it's muscle!

Did some rack chins to finish off the lats with less weight. Curls were alot of fun. Added 10 lbs and 2 reps to CGBP this week!
