BENCH SESSION

Had a really good day, perhaps one of my best bench days ever in the JimGym! No misses as I felt empowered, and progressed on everything. A couple of grinders on bench, but I never gave up on them and locked them out.

Had to pass on pizza and DQ today and don't feel like I am missing out or deprived. Only butter remains as the last item on the forbidden list as Mrs Squatter cooks with just a bit of it sometimes, but I have ordered Ghee from Vitacost and it should be here next week, along with 4 more containers of Collagen. I am pretty sure it is the Collagen that is allowing me to recover quicker than I used to and thus enabling me to handle this volume 4X per week.

I also went for my monthly massage today and she got the knots out of my right quad and calf, just in time for squat-o-clock Sunday!
