Yep - one I came up with with variations of each exercise. Seems to be working well as I am recovering just in time for the following session.

Yep, on weekdays. On weekends, I train with a crew of powerlifters at a gym here in town. The crew leader is Brian Johnson, president of GPC Canada. I met him last summer in vernon at my first meet. I feel truly blessed and its priceless training in every regard.

SQUATS!

Back squats felt abnormally heavy tonight. However, this is the most weight I have done in awhile. Quite pleased tho I was able to complete 4 sets with no major issues. Fronties and Gobbies felt really good and worked me over big time. Rack Pulls were a spur of the moment lift and I was really stoked to be able to move 405 with no lower back pain. Things are looking up!

I was also training Allison tonight. man, i love to teach this stuff. Doing so also keeps me on my toes form wise as I want to practice what i preach! The teach needs to be good!
