I only stopped at 3 really as my grip was starting to fail, and I thought I'd save some gas for another triple. Well, much to my surprise, that triple turned out to be a grinder single. I guess I just ran out of pullsteam.

I work the same way on deadlifts. It only take a set or 2 and I am GASSED!

Your second pull was a grinder because you let the bar get out in front of you and you then had to wrestle it back in. Looked good on the other set though.

Thanks OR! I was inspired! I will most certainly start toning down the volume a bit now overall, as I wanted a 2 week blitz to see how I would fare and all is OK. Don't wanna beat myself up every session.

Thanks Al! Ya, I figured form also broke down, but I couldn't quite pick it out, maybe because I was too tired. I reckon it broke down as that 405 triple gassed me more than I thought. I have never gassed so quick tho before on deads. I am going to tone down the volume now overall on this program now.
