Really appreciate the kind praise Fen for my squat form. I am rebuilding my foundation on which to rebuild my strength. I have faith in the process and will work hard to maintain form as I get heavier. The big difference now is that i have confidence that i can keep my form.

Thanks Al! I want to work on getting more leg drive like yours.

I love the slingshot! It feels comfortable, easy to get on (Its the blue one called reactive) as it helps me overload safely at home. I am going to use it exclusively at home for this reason, as I can do board work with the crew. It definitely was worth the money. I can see why other similar devises like it have come along.

DEADLIFT

I was inspired by a PM from Jay this morning, which I read just before I went and lifted. Thanks for all you do to keep me hard at it buddy - I don't think I could have done all this today without it.

I also have quite an eye update for you. Not only has the eye cleared but all the vision and then some has returned. I can actually see everything well, including text such as the scoreboard monikers during hockey broadcasts, without my glasses. This hasn't been the case since I first got Birdshot about a year and a half ago. My world used to be dull and blah, but now colors are much more vibrant and noticeable. Even my night vision has improved. Could have Dr Lisa stumbled upon an effective treatment for Birdshot? I think she has! God bless her! I know things could turn around at any time, so I take nothing for granted and just love every rep of every set I am able to do.

What a glorious day and I was super pumped to move alot of iron today!
