Haha - I have actuaally been going deep for awhile now. At these lighter weights, I should be able to bury them. I even have more confidence now knowing I can bury anything I squat as I did it in Vegas last fall.

I am excited to see so many of our members passing on what they know to new lifters. That is the most awesome thing ever. Loved those squats too, that's build a lot more than just strength; mass, work capacity, mental fortitude. . .

You are the squat master! Amazing work and great session. It would be awesome for young guys to go train with you so you can just utterly shame them by outworking them so hard. You'd outwork me for sure!
