JIMGYM SESSION

Just wanted to have some more fun and live up to my Madman status.

Tried my new Slingshot Reactive tonight. (It is the blue one) It is an XL in size. Really loved it and took Al's advice to do paused work with it. Worked well as there is no way I would have been able to lift that raw tonight.

Have to comment that it is very bizarre lifting with 1 bad eye. I can't seem to lift when I close it, so when I do lift I have reduced to none depth perception. It bothers me most on bench. Thus, I am very happy with how things went tonight. No Misses!

Dinner tonight was Bison, Sweet potato, and Pomegranate's for dessert.

According to Mrs Squatter, my Powerbelly is officially history. Tummy is flat and I am now starting to lean out. 9 lbs to go and it's gonna be interesting to see what I look like. I hope to be at my goal of 205 by the time I start lifting again in a few months.

One more session to go on Thursday and I haven't decided what I am going to do. It will be my last session for at least 2 months.

Solid solid solid.
Now I'm not very qualified to talk about form, but.... on the overhead press you flare elbows out, I think you could get another rep or two if you keep your forearms straight up and down. You have to kind of bring your forearms perpendicular to the bar and tuck elbows close to your body and you can use a more explosive start by initiating this way.
