JIMGYM SQUAT SESSION

I have come up with my own routine, and I'm just doing a test run on it. This would be the Thursday JimGym Session. Rep ranges will be 10-20 for JimGym sessions and 5-8 on Crew Weekends. I feel this will make me stronger and fits within the guidelines given to me by the Docs. I will progress at my own pace.

Tonight's session sure was a lot of work as rest times were minimal. I was pretty much cooked after-wards, but in a good way. I thought form held up really well throughout the session.
