Looking forward to Squat O CLOCK I know what you mean about your strength taking a beating...I am almost embarrassed about my log compared to what i was before...it'll come back though quickly always does Whats that old commercial 'takes a licking and keeps on ticking!'

I am actually never embarrassed about it, as everyone knows here what I have done, and what I will be capable of when my eyes are fully recovered and my lower back is fully rehabbed. Way bigger numbers are coming on squat and deads, just like yours have nowhere to go but up.

Haha - ya, the commercial your thinking of is Timex watches!

Thanks Alan!! It felt good!! I still have an appt. coming up on April 2nd for a 2nd opinion on the lower back issues of degeneration, narrowing, and arthritis (no 3 strikes your out here lol).

Well, I gained a lb last week (went from 218 to 219). This week, I lost that lb, so I currently sit at 218 lbs on the dot. Mrs Squatter seems to be pleased about it, although she hasn't really said anything directly. She does know I haven't reached my goal. I still want to drop another 15 lbs or so.

Good to hear good news. Nice pressing too. You're right it, will come back quickly and blow right by your old numbers.
