Thanks Swedish! Great to be back. The cut and layoff and back rehab have taken there toll on my strength, but I am finding a groove and enjoying myself right now. Strength is going to take some time, provided I am cleared with no restrictions in a few weeks.

K.I.S.S SESSION#3

Couldn't be happier with this session. Everything is going well. I did gain 1 lb this week - must be recomping haha - I am a renweb after all.

Had a huge cheat meal last night - a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Post training meal today was a Vegasport shake mixed with almond milk, a nuked sweet potato, and fresh fruit with bee pollen, chia seed, and hemp seed. My diet is actually almost Paleo as well, as the only grain I have been eating of late is brown rice.

I am also now using a new creatine, called Con-Cret. Tastes good and hopefully is a good product.

Next up is some bench accessory work on Tuesday, which will likely center around OHP.

Squats
135 X8 X5 Sets
Felt great - much better than the 115 last time.

Front Squats
95 X8 X5 Sets
Also felt very good. I was working on form, as I haven't done these in a Coon's age.

Goblet Squats
50 X20 X5 Sets
These were a big challenge. The last 10 reps of the last set were tough and last rep was to failure. Approximately 1 minute rest between sets - no need for cardio today.

RDL's
135 X6 X5 Sets
Great stretch in hammies and I thought form was spot on. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Nowhere to go but up on these puppies.
