Indeed Kuyt! I have noticed alot of difference and I like what i see more and more each day. Personally, I never really want to go back to having this much excessive fat. I do not regret my major 2 year bulk at all however. One big bulk is enough for this older bawd.

THE K.I.S.S. SESSIONS #1

I have been cleared to lift again! I'm going mobile!

I'm a Renewb! Haha

I have to start at around 25% and slowly progress to 50% over the next 6 weeks, until my next appointment. At that time, the surgeons will evaluate my eyes and hopefully will then clear me with no restrictions. I'll be restarting JB's program once I am cleared to go full throttle.

My next meet was supposed to be in early May, but I will not be in prime shape to lift competitively by then. I could go anyway, but not sure if I wanna spend $105.00 just to go lift some 50-75% weight.

At any rate, just really stoked to just be able to move some iron again. As JB advised, I just went in and did something that would leave me satisfied that I accomplished something. I'll keep the rep range of 8 until my follow up with the Docs in 6 weeks.

Vision is quite good in the eye. He said that I have recovered 3-4 weeks early. I was not originally expected to lift for another 2-4 weeks. I do not think the diet changes were coincidental either.

I felt quite rusty and tight, but otherwise everything went quite well! Rest times were pretty much nothing.
