SQUAT SESSION

Still have that strain in my side of head and neck and it hurts pretty bad. I cannot even turn my head very far. I am still puzzled at how I could somehow strain this while sleeping Friday night.

Lower back is feeling close to 100% and eyesight in right eye has worsened somewhat again. It's getting close to 100% blur.Nighttime driving is pretty much out as well.

Big week coming up as it will be my 49th birthday on Wednesday followed by the first anniversary of my moms passing on Saturday. Not really sure how to celebrate my birthday, but we will figure something out.

Crew was bugging me again today - this time for going too deep on my first 3 working sets of squats. Bunch of big bullies they are!

Brian also tested me today wrt listening to my body. He knew I was done after my last 275 set, but he didn't say anything. He then asked me if I was doing another set, and I said no, and that I am going to listen to my body and it's saying I'm done. He said, that is what I was expecting to hear. Good job.

Great work Super Jim! Ahhh the sleeping neck injury, think we've all had that before. My wife did that last week...sucks! Awesome job lifting today, and done smart by stopping when your body said no! Keep workin hard bud!
