Thanks Kuyt! It sure is a 2 way street tho around here at MAB. I really do not know what I would do without everyone here. I really don't.

Haha. Indeed, I never really thought of any squat in the 200's as heavy. I consider the 300's heavy and the 400's at or near max. However, I am doing good at training my mind to forget about the weight and focus on cues before and after unracking.

I did manage 235 last Sunday and it felt OK. 245 today felt just right.

It's the darn deadlift that I really have to rehab. Funny thing is is that this problem resurfaced while I was squatting, yet it's deads that took the big hit.

Nice! New Chiroractor for the win!

Sounds like you have a good plan too. Funny about the rack deads being a problem. I don't feel those in my lower back much at all. And deficits for me are a killer on my low back! Weird how different exercises affect people in different ways.

Awesome work and great attitude, buddy!

Before I first did rack pulls, I thought they woul be easier than full ROM. My lower back just does not like pulling from a dead stop. It must be a combo of not 100% back heaalth and body mechanics. I won't do them ever again. Snacth grip and deficit deads I will do. However, on snatch grip I must use my Versagripps.

Thanks for the encouragement as always Mike!

CREW BENCH SESSION

For those of you wondering, JB is still working on my program. In the meantime, I am just lifting what I feel like, all the while trying to incorporate things I have learned during my 8 weeks on the original program.

I woke up at about 4:00 AM with a terrible neck ache that started just behind my left ear and down my neck. Very odd, as I have never, ever woken up at night or even in the morning with some sort of ache. It also made me feel very nauseated. Didn't think I would make it to Crew Bench. I felt slightly better by 9:00AM, so I decided to go. The neck still hurts this evening, especially when I turn my head from side to side. I also couldn't shoulder check in my car. Good thing I know how to adjust side mirrors correctly. Needless to say, I went out today and bought a new pillow. It was no cheapy at over $100.00, but I am sure it will help out now and prevent this type of thing from happening again. It was actually on sale at $60.00 off. LOL.

As always while on IF, all my crew sessions are done fasted. Had a darn good day today. Got a PR match and managed to get under some extra heavy weight for my last bench. I gotta do this if I ever expect to do 315 full ROM. I also want to start doing some more paused work.

Boys were bugging me about my pulsating, vibrating arms. Damn tremors! It appears as tho they are going to figure out a way to harness that energy to power a small town. Haha.

Back rehab is going great. I now have zero pain as I go about my daily business. Trick now is to prevent this from happening again. I spoke with Brian today, and he is going to watch over me more carefully, and wants me to adopt a more instinctive style of lifting when it comes to choosing weights for all my lifts. JB's new program is also 3 days per week, which will allow for more recovery for this Nottahasbeen.

I am also starting to look like this as I have been doing millions of dead hangs. (I shaved before my sesh today LOL)

Bench Press
Bar X5
89 X5
111 X5
155 X5
199 X5
221 X5
243 X5
265 X3 Vid
Add 2 Board
287 X3

Did not think about the weight at all - just form cues. Progress mentally as well!

Where are you going for your adjustments now? I go to proactive health group downtown on 12th ave. by far the best place I've been to Lindsay Sutherland ain't bad I've heard, and she's a figure competitor/ powerlifter.
