What the actual fuck? I did take the time to add up the reps on the BTNP. 214. TWO HUNDRED FOURTEEN. And I might have forgotten to add one of the sets of 15 lol.

My plan was to military press for the first time in a LONG while tonight, but Jesus, I might as well not even post it. You did enough for both of us.

Thanks Ravi! Indeed, I am taking care of it to make another run at 500 deadlift. I will have to take it slower tho. Hopefully I will get that inection soon.

Haha Dave - thanks for adding them up - next time I will have to go for 300! JB should be pleased that my shoulders and arms were gorged and pumped up big time.

Don't take any lifts off with those Nationals coming up soon!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me.
