Jim with all the things you have going on, its amazing that you are able to PR week after week. I have been playing with the set up some. I think I have a solid solution for the last few weeks of training. Then I have some ideas I would like to bounce around with you about off cycle training for a few weeks.

Thanks JB! I am able to forget about the problems while I'm training, which is a good thing. It's the one thing that keeps me sane haha

I am really eager to start week 8 and then bounce away. I am so excited for my upcoming meets this spring as well.

SQUAT SESSION

Lower back is OK, but unfortunately, my eyes are not. I have lost more noticeable vision in my right eye. It is now at least 50% blurry. I think I notice some loss in the left eye. I was watching a hockey game earlier, and the little scoreboard thingy was blurred out. Just yesterday, it was not when watching a game in the left eye.

Fuck, fuck, fuck.

To say I'm an emotional wreck right now would be an understatement. I'm feeling scared and anxious. I am also feeling somewhat hopeless . I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

I'm proud of my lifting tonight. I worked hard and managed to forget about my eyes for awhile.

You have every right to be an emotional wreck Jim , im just glad that you have a great support structure at home.
Im sure ill say it at least one more time , you are an inspirational character here on mab and I for one , take a great strength from the leadership and courage you show everyday,.
