Looks like you had more reps in you on the 255x5 set. Bar speed stayed consitant.

I think I was just having a bad day for a few reasons when I got just the 2 reps last Saturday, because I should have had the 4 reps. I think JB is going to put in some more 2 board work for me.

Thanks Alan!! Indeed, things have been going well, with the exception of bench last saturday as I missed reps for the first time on the program. Just an off day. I am sure JB will be maiking an adjustment for week 7.
