JB'S OLLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 5 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY
Did not have the greatest of sessions as I have a major case of the blahs. I am so tired all the time. Most tasks get confusing to me and I get nauseated and feel ill. We are going to go back to the hospital today to get me eyes examined again and I hope they might be able to prescribe something or give me some advice on what to do. It's quite difficult to even type up this post.

This session was done last night (Tuesday)

Military Press

Rear Delt Barbell Row To Neck
95 lbs X8 X4 Sets
This is an interesting exercise. It hit my rear delts really hard. I chose it because JB said I could choose any 2 rear delt movements, so this was one and face pulls were the other. I would have liked to do some DB Rows, but I just didn't think I could handle them.

Some serious press numbers there..I personally like "press day" myself.

Thanks Steve! They measured 16.75 inches cold and unflexed tonight.

Not so good news at the hospital. They now think my retina may be detaching I will know more in the morning as they called my regular surgeon (Dr Mitchell) and he is going to meet me at the hospital at 8:00AM. I might have to have emergency eye surgery. Not sure and it all depends on what he finds.

Thanks Moe & Ravi!!

Some prayers were answered today as it turned out I do not have a detaching retina, thank goodness. My body/eye was trying valliantly trying to repair the damage caused by the recent Birdshot activity by building new blood vessels. Those blood vessels burst due to weakness and that was causing the bleeding. I had a needle treatment today and then I have to have laser surgery sometime next week. They are going to call me after new years with that appt.

I was also told I will regain some of the vision I lost recently, but not all of it. It seems as tho this is the course the disease will take over the coming years - flare up and cause damage and then give back some of the damage. Eventually, after so many cycles of this, I will likely lose all of the vision in the eyes - at least functional vision anyway. The surgeons are optimistic when all is said and done, I will retain some vision - ie - not be totallly blind, but lose enough to function normally meaning disability at some point. Just have to let nature take it's course, all the while the surgeons try to minimize the damage each time. It's going to be quite the epic battle between my immune system and the surgeons - that I know for sure.
