Thanks JB!! Ya know, I was actually considering just doing a max ramp up and going for the 500, but I thought I had better stick to the program as I have 100% faith in it. It was fun tho to see what 480 feels like anyway, wich is only 15 lbs away from 5PPS. So close!! I am almost there, but have to exercise due diligence and patience. At least the world didn't come to an end so I will have another crack at it!!

As long as I am fully recovered, that 480+ is mine for sure. Even in Vegas, after squats and bench, my lower back was feeling nice and strong. That 5 days off beforehand and the stay loose session did the trick back then.

Don't forget to send week 5 today!!

Thanks Mike!! I should have had that extra bowl of pasta last night!! Ya, so very close.

The gym is called Strive Fitness. The crew's equipment is all in the corner (you can see our black monolift) We have 3 monolifts, 2 benches, lots of different bars amongst lots of other equipment. there is also a strongman training center just a few steps away from our corner. It's really a great place for sure. Everything a powerlifter and strongman could want. Lots of personal trainers use the facility to train clients as well. It is far from your typical commercial gym.

Thanks Al!! It was good at the least anyway to get a feel for it. I remember it was just a couple of months ago when 465 just barely camoe off the floor.

Indeed, I found the Crew's chalk tonight and used it! I had to use liquid chalk last week because I couldn't find the chalk bucket.That was the main reason for doing last nights sesh there - so I could use the cjalk and the good deadlift bar, and the bar lift to load plates easier.

It sure was tough to let it go Chad. I will miss some mebers over there for sure, but as long as the likes of Rich and yourself are here, I am happy. I'd have to say you, Rich, and Joe are my closest friends from there. Jay is already here so it's all good. I would not have left there if you guys were not here as well. I just really love you guys like my own brother.

Speaking of Joe, the news of him being back made my day Tell him via PM about this site and that I really hopes he joins. I know he would love it here.
