JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 4 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY

Third day of training in a row. I wanted to get this session done today because of commitments Tuesday & Wednesday. I might go for the big pull Thursday or Friday or even Saturday with the Crew. I'll go for it when I feel I am ready. It's going to be the best Christmas gift ever!

Pretty sure these are all big PR's. The most I have ever done before is 185 I think. I was going to stop at 205 X10, but I just had to go for 225 to feel what it's like. Felt relatively light.

I had a feeling this would happen. You guys are getting a good bit stronger and its really hard for me to predict your weights on the auxiliary days. That is a good thing though. Tris are getting stronger for sure, you were blasting through those reps. Impressive work as always Jim!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Ravi!! Haha - diet plan is gluten-free (I have Celiac Disease) I have been clean eating for over 7 years now as well. (I define clean as eating any food in it's most natural state possible) Right now I am eating around maintenance. (I don't count calories tho) as my weight has stabilized at 230-232 for almost 2 months now.

You and me both - I also have no idea what to pick for assistance stuff I haven't yet done on this program or in a long time. Kaz Press was almost dead on at 50 (I did 40 last time) over the 4 sets. I was able to more accurately dial in the weight because I did it on week 1.

It's a good feeling to know my lockout issue on bench is improving.
