Thanks Steve!! The Crew has been teaching and preaching me to get tight and I feel I am now getting it and consistently. Maybe that is what has been making me fatigue faster these days.

Thanks Ravi!! Next time I think I will have to use my Versagripps as my grip failed before the rest of me. I was quite pleased with the ROM I got on them.

JB'S OLD SCHOOL WEEK 3 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY

Last set was TnG as I was upset. All other sets were dead stop.
I was upset because it has been confirmed that I have arthritis in my lower back & "narrowing of spine" Not sure exactly what all this means as my Family Doc has referred me to a Sports Medicine Specialist for treatment. I am awaiting an appointment. I am not going to jump to any conclusions about how this may affect my lifting. Nonetheless, I am concerned and was of course upset about it today after thew phone call. As you all know, I have had alot of issues with a Facet Joint in my lower back. I went to my Doc to have it checked out, and was told that yes, it is a problem and that this arthritis and narrowing is in addition to the facet Joint problem.
