Thanks Ravi!! I agree - my mental strength has also been progressing right along with the physical. I believe I will be doing heavy singles in the 10th week of this cycle and I cannot wait!

Awesome session. I felt really good going in and equally as good going out, but felt worked just right. Last week's ME Bench at 190 felt alot heavier than this week's 195.

Had a vid of the OHP but for some stupid reason youtube keeps erroring out processing it.

Where's the 100 Deadlifts , I'm sad.
But really great work Super Jim! I'm glad to see you had fun benching! Probably helps no one was yelling at you about tightness or putting extra weight on the bar ! Keep up the strong work bud!

Haha - no way in hell am I doing a deadlift challenge. Last time I did that was for punishment from the Crew for missing an unplanned max attempt and I tweaked my knee which took 2 months to get rid of.

Ya, I have to admit it was nice to have some peace while benching!!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
