Thanks Al!! I really couldn't believe that 463 on deads went up relatively easily. Just 2-3 weeks prior 465 was missed while training with Mario, as mentioned in the write up. I have always pulled more in meets than in the gym. Rest goes a long way to helping deadlifts.

SQUAT & BENCH SESSION

Jimbo is in limbo. I still have no idea what routine to do, so when in doubt squat. Capped the squats at 315 as ordered. The 5 working sets at this weight really kicked my butt and hammies as I pretty much buried everything. Not so much on the last set(front view vid) but still got to below parallel on them.

Never have done bench with a belt on before. Jury is still out on how much of a difference it made.

Facet joint is OK. It has been stable since November 2nd. This is a great sign. The trick now is to go lighter on Sunday when I train squats with the crew or do deads or some variation of deads.
