Thanks Ravi!! I will deffinitely be doing 300 or more with boards, but will of course try 290 hopefully. If the crew likes my form, they will allow me to go heavier. If my form groove is not happening, they don't allow me to go heavy or heavier once my form breaks.

SQUAT SESSION

Squats were feeling heavy today, so I just did some singles up to 315, which felt like 415. Obviously I am not recovered from Sunday's deadlifts and yesterday's bench. I have a commitment for Thursday, so I had to push up this session to today.

My lower back tweak is still there, unfortunately. It's not getting worse tho. I do not have any more time to fart around with it, so I am going to book a physio appointment right away. I am hoping with 1 or 2 sessions my physio dude (David) can untie the knot. (He knows me really well nowadays) If I am not 100% heading into Vegas, like I was into Vernon, my lifts will have major suckage.

With that said, managed some decent work tonight.

Indeed it's a priority Steve. I lift Nov 7th. Getting a bit nervous already. I have been struggling with squatting it seems. I should be able to nail at least a 415 by now but I haven't.

Great lifting in terms of weight and volume. As for the chins, knees up is fine as long as your chin gets past that bar
