Great work buddy. Maybe drop that incline back next work and go for a set of 5 with a slightly lighter weight.

Thanks Mark!! I am so happy with 375X5. I used to struggle with 375X1 not so long ago. last week, I could barely muster up a 175 clean, plus I didn't do it quite right. If I would have had a slower first pull, I might be able to break my PR of 190. Something to work on.

Eye appt went well. They ran a couple of tests,gave me some drops. My next appt. is July 4th, the day before we leave for the meet.

Another big session Jim aka "the PR smashing machine". You just repped my 1 rep squat max. Great job!

Great job on the incline. You'll it 4 and beyond in no time.

I hope everything is ok with your eyes. Try to stay positive man. Despite the issues, you are still managing to smash some big ass f king weights!!!!

Thanks so much Big J!! Haha - it actually feels good to know I am repping another strong members; max, as several members here are repping my max.

I am going to take Big Al's advice and drop the weight down to 215 and work up to 5 reps at 225. last time I jumped from 205 to 225 just to see how many reps I actually could get.

It's gonna take some divine intervention I think to save these eyes. I just have to enjoy everyday I can see and hope it remains that way.

I have squat envy, your squat technique looks very economical and is something I'd like to have! You hardly seem to drop at all yet you get down low enough. Nice clean PR as well. Showing the way forward

Thanks Kuyt!! That is a perspective I have not heard before. I agree 100% with it. I am trying to fine tune the depth so that the jusdges decision will be easy with no doubt. I have to learn to spread the floor with my knees <> better at the heavier weights. I can do it no problem at lighter weights. This Saturday, my main focus will be on that when I do my heavy singles. I may also attempt a triple at 4PPS.
