Tearing it up Jim. You are peaking really well. That 440 was a hair high but you'll get it man. Many PRs for me are a little high.

Crushed the deads AND bench.

Thanks Mark!! Seeing how others' had confidence in me really helped pave the way for me to start building it in myself. Thanks for reminding me of that post. If I don't have 285 by the meet, I will have it sometime after - and will work hard to get 3 PPS for next year.

Really pleased with my form. I thought it was my best yet. Depth was a smidgeon high on rep 1 and 5 I think. I have never repped 375 before!!

Same as last week. Before I started the money set, I thought I had at least 4 reps in me, but it just didn't happen. No worries tho, I am still very happy with this. It is after all just assistance.

Cleans

Last week I barely got 175 up, so I am pleased with this. It is only 5 lbs off of a PR Match, but that was when I was alot fresher. Once again, my first pull was not the way it's supposed to be. Grrrr.

Had to make an emergency appt at the eye center for tomorrow morning as my eyes have taken a turn for the worse. They are so sore I can barely keep them open
