This has to be one of my best training sessions ever, and I couldn't be happier with it. From start to finish I felt like a million bucks and never encountered any tweaks, creaks, or cranks. Lower back was awesome and still feels great. I never expected that because the heavy RDL's on Thursday. I really couldn't believe my Pendlay strength today - 225 felt light as a feather. 205 last week was a struggle.

Last but not least, I am super happy with my bench money set today. Last week 222.5 was a b!tch for 3 reps.

I took vids of all lifts today except DB Bench.

Yep, a power rack with pull up bar and dip bars, oly bar, iron plates, and a bench is all that is needed. I also have bowflex db's that go up to 90 lbs.

I would actually also like a reverse hyperextension and a leg press, but no room.
