Not really happy with the PC's, even tho it was a PR. 180 felt way too heavy and I almost tweaked my left shoulder. I am for sure not going to go past 180 until I get my oly coaching in. Not sure when it will be, as I am waiting to see when my eye surgery will be. I don't want to re-schedule the coaching only to have to cancel it again.

I am curious to see how the PC's would go when I am fresh. I think I may try doing them on deload week in place of my deload 531 Push Press

Nice sesssion, with the PC's though, I feel you may benefit by reducing the load and upping the speed of the lift a little.

Great session! When ever cleaning that much weight I get a little nervous that I might tweak my wrist.
