So, as you can see, I decided to change my bench routine to a 5X5 ramp up. Thanks to Big Josh for the advice as I think it will help me progress. I am going to count this as progression, because it felt better and it left me with some gas to finish the session. I certainly did better than last week.

Incline DB Bench

Progression here was 2 reps on last 75 lb set

Chest Dips

Progress here was last time I could only manage BW Dips X10

Finally, a decent bench day, where I didn't leave the JimGym upset at my benching regression. Everything felt great and form was spot on except 1 rep did not touch my chest.

This cut is going very well except for the fact it is killing me in the strength dept. I don't think I lost this much on my last cut. Maybe I just need a deload. I will for sure do a deload after this cycle. Once again, I have some regression today.
