WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT I am now at the point where I will not need any meds. This is truly one the happiest days of my life. I did everything I could to avoid taking meds, and it is paying off. And yes, I did get very emotional when the numbers appeard on the BP Monitor. This really helped fuel my training this AM.
That's great news Jim. You are working your ass off right now.

Big fan of wide stance good mornings. You're going pretty deep on those bad boys. Great work.

Thanks Carl If I can get BP down even farther to 125-130 I'll have to go dancing down the street,

Box squats are tough -especially by rep 7. I still made rep ceiling so weight will go up again next week

Thanks Steve - not having to go the meds route has made all the work more than worth it. I wa sterrified of the thought of taking them.

I never knew wide stance GM's were that much better, in fact, before Big Al's session yesterday, I didn't even know they could be done that way.

Thanks TBIA!! My best effort last year was a 1 RM on Push press of 115, so it is quite a milestone for me. My last tested PP is 205 1 RM

Jim I know you're all about ATG but I really think that box needs to be higher. Watch how you stay tight about 3/4 of the way down and then kind of plop onto the box. You're also rocking your weight onto your toes to then get off the box. This is partly due to it being too low and partly because your feet are too close to the box. Stand further away and sit back further.

Looks like you had a lot of fun in the gym though. Great to see. Sort out these little issues and I expect to see you repping 3pps and change.

OK - great Al. I knew they were much improved over last week, but I still have some work to do. I see how I lose my tightness 3/4 way down as I tilt a little forward. I will make the adjustments you suggested next time as I do have 2 more risers (one for each side) and I will place the box further back, and try to sit back more. A 3 PPS box squat will sure be sweet!!

Thanks again for your critique my friend!!
