405 is a breeze, but when you secure a resistance band to the bar then anchor to the bottom of the rack its a whole new ball game.

I'm glad to see you train calves! I feel like a lot of lifters forget abs and calves which I think are pretty important to anyone's training! And I feel the same way about front squats, sooooo awkward but they workkkk!
