  • I need to learn the mechanics of the clean and press, I can get more presses its just getting the weight to my shoulders.
  • Ill keep the accessory work light for a few more weeks then start upping the weight.
  • Broke out the EliteFTS straps at 575 on the shrugs, the tendon tear didnt like the lift to much...lol

Shoulder pain came back during benching, hence the low numbers and sets. Its safe to say that this was a sub par workout.
