Thanks for the help guys, I feel like a slug not training. Maybe I can do squats everyday and the C word......ugh.

But there will be now more whining, time to suck it up and move on (sounds good in theory). LoL

*My Alternative Training Due To Injury*

Okay guys, I couldn't take sitting on my ass any longer. I devised this little training session to get me through this Rotator Cuff issue. Feel free to critique.

All lifts were kept relatively light, especially if the lift involved any articulation of the shoulder joint or arm.
