Its nothing new, it just really got my attention the other day. Yesterdays training seemed to be very effective and it did not aggravate my shoulder at all really. Thanks for stopping Brother!

Legs ~ Light weights today. For one I need my legs the next few days at work, and second if my legs respond to this Rest/Pause like my chest/tris did these weights should be optimal.

R/P Squats
225x10/5/5/5/5/5/5 ~Rest between sets; 30/30/60/60/90/120

Leg Extensions ~ 30 sec rest between sets.
135x10/10/10/10/10

RDLs ~ 30 sec rest between sets.
225x5/5/5/5/5

Leg Curls ~ 30 sec rest between sets.
135x10/10/10/5/5

Seated Calves ~ 30 sec rest between sets.
200x10/10/10/10/10

It defiantly felt like an intense cardio session. They keep telling me to focus on my goal and not the weight. My damn ego wants to overload that bar though...lol Few more months and Ill reevaluate everything.

Curious how the DOMS will be tomorrow. I only did rest pauses squats once and they hurt.
