No pain in the shoulder or back from yesterdays workout, good to go. Might try to get an early training session in tomorrow.

ME (Sorta) Squat/Deads

Squats w/ #3 Sm. Band chocked at the top of the rack.
135x5 275x3 325x3 375x3 450x1/1/1 ~Took just enough stress of the knees to be able to focus on form and drive. I normally Box Squat instead of full ROM.

Deads
275x3 325x3 375x3 450x1/1/1

Pull Throughs w/ #3 Sm. Band
5/5/5 ~Knocked these down to 5 reps, couldn't walk at work for a few days last time...lol

Seated Calves
200x10/10/10/10/10

BB Shrugs ~ No Straps
135x20 225x15 315x10 405x5 500x3

Pleased with training session as well.
