Its been a thorn for almost 2 years now. At the moment I think it is being aggravated by the way I sleep to be honest. The only lifts that have really hurt in the past few days are rows and the db bicep work. But none the less it is letting me know that there is an issue back there...lol

I like dueling bicep poses simply because my arms are bigger than guys who train biceps hardcore. If my arms were smaller, I would hate them.

Well the past week has been hit and miss due to work. The only workout that I really missed was my Squat & Deadlift work. My real problem has been my R/C. I started with some decent Speed Bench, kept it all tight and the weight was moving good (250 for 8x3). Moved onto some light shirt work and the it hit, excruciating pain.

Im done with Iron and moving onto knitting.

Sorry to hear this big G. Take it easy on the heavy push work for a while and focus on the lifts that dont hurt, even if it blows.
