You'll come back stronger! And, some of your rehab numbers still outdo a lot of lifters ordinary numbers.

Missed Fri & Sat workouts, combined them today into one.

6.1 Miles on the mountain bike, rolling hills and gravel roads. Got to love the country. Approximately 40 min. Slow I know but I am no cyclists by any means.
