Trained with Matt Houser today. Took it kind of easy after a few weeks off (shoulders).

Bench
135x20 225x10 315x5 405x2/2/2/2 Missed 450, shoulder sounded a lil crunchy. So aborted...lol

Band Pull Throughs

Seated Calves
200x10/10/10

BB Rows
225x5 315x5/5/5

A great session after a few weeks off. No straps were used today, all grips were double overhand.
