Good job with keeping up the training. i definitely find it better to carry on training at light weight (although unfortunately my light weight isnt 225lbs lol ). I think the blood flowing round the affected area definitely helps with the healing.

Thanks guys. The shoulder is tight during training, but not painful as it was. I am also able to sleep without the wrenching pain when I move. We will see how things are Saturday, maybe another week. We will see.
