I like the Romain Chair, and the side bends. I do those myself. Hope things are going well.

Back from a week off, that shoulder tweak suckkked!


Bench w/u
135x15/15 225x5

Rest/Pause Bench
315x8/4/3/4/3/4/4 ~Rest Periods between Set;30,30,60,60,90 & 120 sec.

#2 Band Press from the top of the Rack
15/15/15/15/15

RBBP
135x25/25/25/25 ~These easy presses really hit the problem area in left shoulder.

Light Skull Crusher
70x10/10/10/10/10 ~Whatever is "broken" in my shoulder did not like heay crushers, so I went with the baby weight...lol

Rest/Pause CGBP
225x5/4/4/3/3/3/2 ~30 sec. between sets, this killed my Tris. Never has 225 close grips hurt so much!

So far so good, stay tuned!
