Yep.... It was hot and exhausting! lol But I found that if Im going to using light weights this is the way to get the most out of it. for me at least. Cant wait to get back to normal training, a few weeks maybe.

Okay, reworked things a little bit. Getting back to a "normal training format. I'm easing into this, baby steps. Lower weights than I would like, but it is a step in the right direction.

Floor Press ~ I'm new to these.
135x10 225x10 315x5/3/3/3 ~Do to the location of the J-Hooks I am unable to start from these. Bar on the pins, back and arms are flat on the floor, bar is approx an inch and half above the chest. Hence, floor press from zero.

Reverse Band Bench Press ~ #4 Bands
225x10 315x5 405x3/3/3/3

Face Pulls ~#2 S/M
20/20/20/20/20

Seated French Press ~ Oly BB
