Kind of a hybrid day, combined Squats and pain in the ass lifts.

Squats
135x5 185x5 205x5 250x5 285x5 325x5 ~I think that I may have used the wrong numbers, oh well.

Leg Extensions
100x10/10/10/10/10

Super Sets;

Decline Sit-Ups
10/10/5/5

Hanging Knee Raises
10/10/5/5

Seated Calves
100x20/20/20/20

Super Sets;

DB Curls
25x10/10/10

DB Hammer Curls
25x10/10/10

Oly BB Curls
Bar x 10/10/10

These curl movements were done as speed sets with 15 seconds between super sets. Light weight, but effective.


BB Shrugs done at work
405x10 505x5 605x3/3/3/3 ~No Straps.

The standing press is going to become a main staple in my training. I may take some plates into the garage to reduce collateral damage while trying to increase the poundage and perfecting form. I'm hooked!!

Kind of a spontaneous training session, deviated from program a bit. Was fun.

Meals were super light for a 295lber. Two pieces of W/G toast with Natty PB, 1 oz almonds, and some chicken breast on flat bread. Dinner to come after log entry. Going to have 2 beef dogs and cottage cheese.
