Sometimes it doesn't even feel that I am training. Maybe Ill up the weight a bit. Joints feel much better though.

90% of 90% of my 1RM. I think that I may figured my 1 RM to low.

1RM 475, 90% of 1RM 425* Weight at which worksets are based off of (70,80 and 90%).
